Position overview
The People and Culture HRIS Systems Administrator works closely with the Chief People Officer, People Culture and Business Services, Chief Finance Officer and People and Culture Business Partners. The People and Culture HRIS Systems Administrator may support one or more cross-enterprise business processes and integrations e.g., HR system to IT system. The People and Culture HRIS Systems Administrator has an understanding of the interdependencies of P&C, IT, Finance and Payroll enabling them to review current system state and provide guidance on system innovation. The People and Culture HRIS Systems Administrator works with cross-functional teams to ensure opportunities that deliver the business value that was expected from systems.
In addition, the People and Culture HRIS Systems Administrator works closely with system architects, change teams, business units and external stakeholders and others to communicate system requirements and objectives. Their ultimate goal is to drive business value through the use of the HR system.
Job responsibilities
- Manage ACER’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS) maintenance and configuration as required, including oversight of system upgrades for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Development and Production environments.
- Work closely with the Chief Finance Officer, Finance and Payroll teams to support data integration between ACER’s HRIS, Payroll system and ACER’s finance systems.
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand current platforms, capabilities and needs across all business functions to translate into enhanced features.
- Partner with key stakeholders for project management planning purposes as it relates to implementation of new/enhanced features and modules.
- Work closely with the People and Culture Business Partners, the Chief People Officer and the broader organisation to maximise the use of ACER’s HRIS.
- Collaborate with People and Culture Business Partners to drive innovation in people management processes.
- Work closely with the People and Culture Business Partners responsible for global ACER offices to design, test, implement and manage system customisations which support business functions (i.e timesheet customisations).
- Monitor technology spend within ACER on the HRIS product and assist with determining the return on investment.
- Analyse system data for accuracy and conduct regular data audits.
- Provide support for audit functions as they relate to the system and inherent data.
- Investigate and resolve system issues promptly (in consultation with vendor where applicable), ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Additional responsibilities
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports to support business decision making processes.
- Translate raw data into meaningful narratives that can highlight trends, gaps and opportunities.
- Provide support for audit functions as they relate to the system and inherent data
- Under the direction of the Chef People Officer, maintain role-based permissions for ACER’s HRIS including changes as appropriate in line with business requirements.
- Coach People and Culture Business Partners to enable them to articulate the technology needs and requirements in their function that will advance business performance.
- In collaboration with the Chief People Officer, manage future implementation projects as required.
- In conjunction with ACER IT department and ACER IT Security department manage IT integrations with ACER’s HRIS to ensure seamless business operations.
- Act as key point of contact with vendor on operational matters.

Qualifications
- A post-graduate degree or qualification in a relevant field or an equivalent of the same in working experience.
- Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (EC, LMS, RCM, PMGM, ONB).
- Experience in HR/Payroll system implementation and system management, implementation and oversight.
- Experience in HR procedures, practices and requirements.
- Knowledge of Payroll procedures, practices and requirements.
Skills, knowledge and experience

- Significant experience with HRIS systems, specifically SAP SuccessFactors
- Demonstrated ability in the implementation of complex multifaceted business systems.
- Knowledge of human resource and payroll legislation and its application within an organisation.
